About Our Practice
The Northwestern Children’s Practice, founded by Dr. Marc Weissbluth in 1973 in Chicago’s Chinatown, moved to the current location across the street from the Northwestern Memorial Hospital in 1983. The practice has grown to include a team of doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses and office staff who work together to provide comprehensive care with individualized attention.
Besides providing health care for children from infancy through young adulthood, we also have health care providers who specialize in sleep, nutrition, early childhood obesity, and safe immunization practices. Several lactation consultants are on staff and we provide a weekly support group for new parents.
As child health advocates, we educate parents to help them raise a healthy and loving child, and educate children to help them develop healthy habits.
Parking Information
Office Parking: The receptionist will stamp your ticket for discounted parking at 441 E. Erie Garage and the Hotel W Valet Parking. For discount parking, park at Northwestern’s Superior-St. Clair Huron Garage and bring us your ticket and purchase from us a ticket to cover the parking expenses
- W Hotel-valet and $10 for 3 hours
- $13 for 441 E Erie Garage (Onterie Center)
- $9 for Northwestern Hospital Garage for 4 hours
